Overview

My main project was to reduce errors in audit forms. This meant I basically talked to the shift manager every day and told him what his people were doing wrong so they would stop making mistakes in the forms. It required no industrial engineering experience, but rather people experience by getting to known the manager really well

It was not my favorite. You really need to be driven by what you want to do to get something else out of it. The internship program is not built yet because it’s so new so they don’t really know what to do with interns.
