My experience
Overview
Sent lots of emails daily, put up slides together, generated daily reports and sent out to senior leaders for approval, built a framework to a new project by writing a webpage
The stress and pressure are definitely there. I'm not sure if this is toxic but literally everyone would work overtime, even though the division I was working on is not the worst one compared to front office. Everyone is very busy so be ready to be ignored/receive late reply from your coworkers.

Mostly behavioral questions, which are not super hard but definitely need some preparation beforehand in order to stand out.
Advice on how to prepare
I would recommend spending more time on your resume to make it perfect. For every bullet point on your resume you should be prepared for questions, and make it as concise and precise as possible.
