Advice on how to prepare

I have a lot of previous experience with tech companies, so they did not grill me too much. They told me about the work they need to get done and be up for it. They put me in a research role, and they paid me a bit more than interns for my work. I wish I had a better grasp of C since I was definitely struggling with their version of C, which is very limiting. Learned how to write C, which is very different from how modern C is written.
