Payloads Design Engineering Intern
Department: NMA
My experience
Overview
Worked with agile methodologies, worked with designing the NMA. I worked a lot with other teams and they trusted me to lead a couple of meetings. You had to work creatively to solve any issues that popped up. I helped the stress team with calculations as well.
I loved my internship that summer. My manager was a bit tough on me in terms of getting a lot done and having a productive summer. But that made me grow as an intern. I was able to do as much as I could. Boeing really takes care of their employees and interns, they provide a lot support for you to succeed and will make you feel like your part of a community.
Would recommend it to people who...
like innovation and has good communication and people skills.
