Worked with JLL team for Chick-fil-a to design/remodel Chick-fil-a restaurants|Visited job sites at every stage of construction from pre-construction to warranty |Spent over 50% of time out of office visiting job sites|Worked with Tririga to monitor/manage jobs at different stages of construction process|Learned about high level budget forecasting and business analytics|Learned about and applied LEAN construction concepts/principles to active jobs|Worked with Landlord/third parties and site adapt architects |Performed punch list walks with PMs |Interacted with and helped facilitate General Contractor/subcontractor work|Attended weekly meetings/conference calls to discuss project development|Prepared and presented a final group presentation to entire Atlanta Leadership Team about my internship experience
