Overview
Redesigned important VHDL component used in FPGA Also modified testbenches in SystemVerilog and C code that interfaced with the VHDL module
around 40 total interns per summer, one or two of whom are on the hardware team
Pros
Many people participate in code reviews, fast-paced environment, open and collaborative, impactful projects, they care about your growth as an engineer, flat structure (good and bad)
Cons
Tribal knowledge, sometimes lack of documentation, flat structure (good and bad)
