Department: Needles/NABS
Department: Needles/NABS
My experience
Overview
Too many to list... lots of small projects and multiple large projects including process/equipment validations, failure investigations, etc.
I had a great time, but I know some coops who got stuck with annoying/frustrating projects in other departments.
Would recommend it to people who...
Want to go into a manufacturing environment. Are able to work quickly and prioritize getting something fixed rather than absolute perfection
Would NOT recommend it to people who...
Want to do research / invent something new
Impact of work
How much knowledge or experience was needed going in (pre-requisites)?
Time spent working
How did working remote affect your experience?
It only worked okay because I had prior experience working onsite. They’re trying their best to make the virtual coops productive, but with for a manufacturing environment it’s not the same
