My experience
Overview
I was thrown into cold-calling possible candidates within my first week. I would review resumes on Indeed and “headhunt” for federal positions ranging from administrative assistants to IT program managers. I would screen candidates without training, and sometimes shadow virtual interviews, again, with no prior training.
I was the only intern who made it through the 90-day internship, the rest had quit.

Advice on how to prepare
Avoid this company, essentially they were just looking for some cheap labor.
