My experience
Overview
A smart cart controlled by an AGV used to transport material from one cobot station to another. The interns broke off into teams and each was responsible for design, assembly, wiring, and coding the project, if applicable.
Pros
A lot of freedom, cool work environment, knowledgeable people, given projects that actually matter

A lot of pressure, not a clean work area
