Overview
Took in calls from clients and diagnosed their issues with the tax software, as well as the solution. Submitted each case detailing what the problem was, and how I fixed it. Often times the solution was already figured out, because people tend to have similar issues

Advice on how to prepare
Just apply. Pursuing a CS degree (or a similar degree) helps, since that's who they're looking for, even though it doesn't have much to do with the work being done.
