Format: Remote + In-person
My experience
Overview
Spent a lot of time writing testing protocols and performing the tests. Some Solidworks design/drawing work but mostly making edits vs. creating new designs.
It was a good place to start my career since I learned a decent amount and saw different roles since it's such a small company. But there isn't a very supportive/exciting culture. People come in and out to do their work and do little to really reach out to new interns. Also underlying problems of racism and sometimes sexism in the workplace.
Would recommend it to people who...
Are looking for a first internship/co-op

How did working remote affect your experience?
Remote work was not the same as in person. They didn't really do a good transition between the two
