My experience
Overview
I would get a prototype UI from the design team and have to implement the prototype for the web. Basically, I developed websites based on designs submitted by the design team.
The team was really supportive and helpful. I feel like I learned a lot about web development. While I may not accept a position from them if offered simply because I am more interested in game development, it is a good company for anyone who wants to get into web development.
Would recommend it to people who...
Love web development
Impact of work
Time spent working
How did working remote affect your experience?
Gave me more flexibility on how work was completed. I had to bike everyday since I didn't have a car which meant that being able to work from home was especially great when it rained.
Interview advice
How did you find the job / apply?
Interview Rounds
Interview type
Interview questions
Can't remember the exact questions, but I remember that it wasn't too difficult as long as you have developed websites before.
Advice on how to prepare
Have a good understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and a little bit of PHP if you can. If you don't know PHP, that's fine too because you can learn enough of it to perform the job fairly easily. But being comfortable with JavaScript and HTML is a must.
