Financial Leadership Development Program Intern
Department: Financial Leadership Development Program
My experience
Overview
I spent most of my time in my specific rotation (it’s a rotational internship) doing essentially Excel clean-up work. It was exactly what I wanted to do! I also got to automate 2-3 different worksheets and make them more efficient.
Was surprised at my specific rotation’s size as it was super small! Made it really easy to connect with the people there. The application process was also the FASTEST I have been through EVER. Worth at least applying.
Would recommend it to people who...
Love to work in Excel and are flexible with the kind of work they do regularly.

Interview Rounds
Interview type
Interview questions
The second round of interviews involved a case study and three interviews so to narrow it down would be difficult. I got asked any range of “greatest strength/weakness?” to “what is your definition of success?” to “how have you dealt with difficult coworkers?” The first stage is the technical interview portion.
Advice on how to prepare
If you get to round two of interviews, you don’t need to nail the case study presentation (in terms of accuracy). They more want to see how you think on your feet, presentation skills, and group work skills.
