You will lose money working here 18.25/hr*400 hrs - 70 days*$50/day rent = $3800 for 10 weeks of living. You will also need to pay self-employment tax as compensation is 1099-NEC nonemployee compensation.
Pros
Good food nearby, excellent location, good intern social life, Lots of sightseeing
Cons
Pay is below minimum wage for area, housing and office facilities are very run down, some interns work on unfunded intern-only projects
