Overview
Developed a collaboration site with Confluence for Automotive Customer Quality Engineers to communicate key performance metrics to executives and external auditors. Redesigned a QlikView dashboard to enable engineers identify major disruptions in global business-to-business product quality processes.
Pros
My project received high visibility from upper level executives.
Cons
Felt like I was working on a "pet project" and didn't have a chance to collaborate with other employees to work on my tasks. Manager didn't have much time to check in on my progress.
