My experience
Overview
I created a scale-up plan to improve Lubrastrip bars on razors in order to further drive product innovation. This included researching machines, creates a block diagram for the process, talking to vendors and creating proposals, and creating a detailed document with my work over the summer. I also created a dashboard to predict technician interactions on the machines using SEEQ.

Really difficult to get a feel for the company while remote.
Interview advice
Advice on how to prepare
STANDOUT conference. They hire a lot of interns through that. Go to the recruitment events on campus. The company hires 'from within', so internships lead to full time jobs and getting hired as an 'experienced hire' is much more difficult.
