My experience
Overview
This is a consulting firm, so worked on three different companies while there. The first was an analysis of a manufacturing plant, pointing out inefficiencies and doing some exploratory research. The second was a home-design company planning out locational optimization and pricing. The last was another manufacturing plant, analyzing defects from the process and helping to assist in scheduling in the supply chain.
The best company I have ever worked for, hands down. Every person knows each other and cares very deeply about their success and happiness. If you want to do something, they'll give you a shot. These are the smartest people I have worked with, even after being in an honors program in both high school and college. You will learn so much of whatever you want to learn and they will help you fix the real-world problems with so much independence if you want to take it
Would recommend it to people who...
Love fixing problems, especially those interested in Operations Management, Marketing, and Data Analytics

Time spent working
How did working remote affect your experience?
They do well connecting you to the environment and making sure you never go off track. It was only remote due to COVID, and the in-person experience is even better than virtual
Interview advice
How did you find the job / apply?
Interview Rounds
Interview type
Interview questions
They usually take you out for coffee or lunch and simply get to know you. Knowing someone in the network is useful because then they have more information about you. That was the case for me, and it helped me to simply slide in and see if I was a fit for company culture.
Advice on how to prepare
Network and be personable. Those are the big things in getting into the crowd. If your resume backs you up on your skills, and you're willing to work hard, you'll get the job and have one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
