My experience
Overview
Design coupling and power transmission mechanisms. Ran experiments and calibration on an engine in a test cell. Study the implications of modifying systems in the engine.
COVID definitely took a toll on the experience in general, but everyone was more than willing to help me with things. The company certainly likes to keep their people, some even working there for 35+ years. This is good, but keep in mind that there aren't many young people or PoC in positions of authority.
Would recommend it to people who...
