Offers

Offered full time position?
Not applicable (e.g. too early)
Would accept full time offer?
Maybe, but probably not

My experience

Overview

Primarily going onto work sites and completing different checklists and tests for HVAC equipment. When I was in the office it would be compiling stuff in their online database for the different checklists/tests performed on site.

Pros

The managers and people were are really friendly and great. There was a good environment of trying to teach the co-ops and give them work.

Cons

Work got a little monotonous and boring from time to time.

Impact of work

Interview questions

Primarily behavioral questions and what I knew about commissioning and the company. Pretty easy interview. There was this game we had to play but it was behavioral to see how we'd interact with other people.

Advice on how to prepare

Just make sure you look up what commissioning is beforehand so you have an idea of it because not many people know. Also I think showing an interest to learn things is good.
